Abstract

In Brazil there are several incompletely studied rare-earth elements-bearing rocks, such as the alkaline rocks of Poços de Caldas, Minas Gerais, where some new minerals have been described and others are under study. Detailed mineralogical study (chemical and crystallographic) of these and other rocks of Brazilian occurrence is intended to be performed. (AU)
