Abstract We will perform research in nonsmooth dynamical systems (Filippov systems), studying certain global phenomena of a piecewise smooth vector field combining techniques from Theory of Singularities, Regularization of Nonsmooth Systems, and Singular Perturbation Theory, further usual methods of Qualitative and Geometric Theory of Dynamical Systems. More specifically, we will study the dynamics of global first return maps defined in the switching manifold associated to minimal sets of a 3D Filippov system. | |
