Abstract

Under this heading, the IC student will develop a field study - empirical - to locate in order to systematize then, ALL the legal framework for legal cooperation in civil matters which are in force for Brazil. This research also matter, also, not only in the compilation of such legal instruments, but in its systematization in the light of the general theory of law, to allow their understanding in terms of the contemporary dialogue. And it matters because with the plurality of normative sources - not only within the same scope of legal production, but also because of the diversity of such areas - the sources of dialogue becomes essential to guarantee legal certainty when these standards are applied. Therefore, a correct dialogue normative sources can be critical to the Law, the maxim for its application in a particular case, as inexorably ensure effective access to justice, its indirect dimension in the global village times.
