Abstract

This research aims to deepen the analysis of the strategies of territorial control of the work developed by the capital of the agribusiness, represented by the companies territorialized in the department of Meta and Casanare (Colombia) in the sector of the production of agrofuels Ethanol and Agrodiesel, extracted from Sugar cane and oil palm, respectively. The methodology to be used is based on the review of academic and business production on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), as well as the empirical observation of the legitimacy and conflicts in which workers and affected communities intervene. The analysis will be guided by a critical reading to expose the forms of work degradation, especially of young rural workers, in the contemporary phase of agribusiness and its particularities in the case studied.
