Abstract The aim of the research would be to carry out an initial approach to an important group of non-recandidated federal parliamentarians, who account for an average of 30% of the Chamber of Deputies. This initial approach will focus on describing the political and personal characteristics of these deputies - alternates, years of partisan membership, occupation of other positions (elected or not), type of electoral competition in the state of origin, age, etc. This research advances another fellowship of scientific initiation that focused on the characteristics of the deputies (AU) | |
