Abstract

This project of scientific initiation intends to analyze how the educational model suggested by the Bill (PL nº 867/2015) entitled "School without a party" - that intends to create a politically neutral school environment as well as to prohibit the teaching of the ideology of gender - is faced by teachers, especially those who are part of the teachers' union with headquarters in the city of São Carlos. Teachers and students of the public education network created movements of resistance and struggle against the proposal of the guidelines of these bills. For example, in the State of São Paulo, the APEOESP (Institutional Teachers' Union of São Paulo) started to discuss questions related to the "School without a party" in an institutional manner through meetings both in its regional offices and in its main office. With this research I intend to analyze what creative forms of struggle and resistance are fabricated and moved by teachers in the Union to oppose the guidelines proposed by the Bill. Thus, it is hoped the research to contribute to the discussions of political anthropology, especially how distinct movements, in multiple contexts, produce creative ways of struggling and resisting. In addition, it is hoped to contribute to the discussions of the anthropology of law, specifically on the reflections that deal with the production of legal sensibilities and the tensions that are provoked by different movements on these sensibilities.
