Abstract

The current study will evaluate the supplementation effects of protease and vitamin C addiction on diet digestibility and growth performance of broilers under thermoneutral condition and heat stress. About720 twenty fifteen-day-old male Cobb will be allocatted in a complete randomized resulting in 18 treatments with 8 replications of 5 birds each. Broilers will be allotted on 144 cages in 3 monitored rooms. Diets will be corn-soybean meal based, formulated to meet requirements of each growth stage for control treatment; 6% crude protein and amino below requirements for the low crude protein treatment and inclusion of 200 mg of vitamin C/kg for 3th room with cyclic heat stress. Starting total collection of excreta will be performed to metabolizable coefficient of dry matter, energy and nitrogen on growth phase. Ileal collection will be performed at day 28 days-old to determine dry matter, energy, nitrogen, and amino acids apparent digestibility of diets. Growth performance parameters will be obtained through the body weight gain, feed intake, feed conversion and viability. Data will be evaluated by analysis of variance (P<0,05), and levels of protease means will be compared by Tukey test with significant with 95% confidence interval. (AU)
