Abstract

The focus of this work is the study of evaporator / concentrator of sugarcane mills, their morphological and chemical characterization, correlation to the components present in the sugarcane juice, study of substances to minimize our formation and facilitate their removal. Determination of juice composition will be performed by flow analysis system from juice samples clarified in the evaporation system. A system for the study of scale formation in the laboratory, and a to the addition of antifouling substances in the juice. For the treatment of the data and orientation of the work chemometrics tools as factorial planning, modeling and specific applications will be used. (AU)
