Abstract

This project aims to disseminate research developed by the Center for Research in Social History of Culture of the State University of Campinas (in portuguese Cecult/Unicamp) which were published by the Unicamp Publishing House in the Históri@ Illustrada e-books collection. Cecult arouses interest in the relevance of its production in the areas of social history and culture, which have great potential for scientific dissemination. Journalistic material will be produced to be published in the journal ComCiência, a publication coordinated by the Laboratory of Advanced Studies in Journalism (in portuguese Labjor/Unicamp) and the Brazilian Society for the Advancement of Science (SBPC), as well as the magazine Ciência e Cultura and the web program Rádio Oxigênio - also linked to Labjor - as well as on the YouTube channel of the Unicamp Publishing House. At the same time as it intends to produce materials to disseminate the knowledge produced by Cecult, this project will be an opportunity to investigate the potential of the dissemination of academic knowledge in digital language and to improve experiences and techniques in scientific journalism in social media.
