Abstract

This journalistic research proposal discusses principles of scientific communication with the objective of producing journalistic materials that contribute to the qualified scientific dissemination of the researches produced within the scope of the Research Center on Social History of Culture (Cecult) of Unicamp. More specifically, the project focuses on a set of researches that make the collection "Várias Histórias", published by the Unicamp Publishing House. Through the production of scientific materials published in different media, such as the journals ComCiência, and Ciência e Cultura, published by the Laboratory of Advanced Studies in Journalism (Labjor) in partnership with the Brazilian Society for the Advancement of Science (SBPC) And on Cecult's social media, as well as on the website and social media of the Unicamp Publishing House, the project intends to contribute to the broadening of debates on research topics in Social History and, consequently, it is hoped to increase the visibility of works published. To this end, the proposal is based on a solid theoretical framework of the areas of communication of science, technology and culture, which is being studied by the candidate in the disciplines of Specialization in Scientific Journalism of Labjor, which is underway, in addition to the support in relation to the theoretical reference of the area of Social History, based on the supervision of Cecult researchers.
