Abstract

This objective of this project is to experiment and verify how simulated scenarios are constructed in different cultures, in this case, in Brazil and Japan, with the following specific objectives: 1) To describe, based on a script proposed by Fabri, et al. (2016), the components of a simulated scenario in Japan; 2) To experience the simulated practices and to analyze the scenarios described and designed to the nursing course in Japan; and 3) To analyze the components of the proposed scenario before an approach for the analysis of empathy in Japan. It is seeked to develop this study in the St. Luke's International University, located in the province of Tokyo, Japan. A case study will be carried out for the development of the project. The project will be carried out through documentary analysis and the experience of simulated scenarios in Japan. The documentary analysis of the simulated clinical scenarios will use the script proposed by Fabri et al (2017) and the Bloom's Taxonomy (KRATHWOHL, 2002; FERRAZ, 2010 ). Following the script data (Fabri et al 2017) and the Bloom's Taxonomy (KRATHWOHL, 2002; FERRAZ, 2010) will be confronted. It will be used a computational tool that evaluates and classifies emotional aspects through a frequency pattern of words obtained in the text, which is established based on the theory of the field of psychology, it will be possible to perform the documentary analysis elaborated in the construction of simulated scenarios seeking for the empathy analysis. The research data will be discursively reported. After the documentary analysis of the simulated scenario in Japan, a comparison will be made of the data found in Japan and Brazil. (AU)
