Abstract

With the expansion of the pedagogue's areas of activity, the hospital environment will have space for this professional, who must guarantee the schooling of school-age subjects who, due to temporary or permanent illnesses, are deprived of school life. Several studies show that there is a considerable improvement in the clinical picture of patients who participate in pedagogical care, since this is the internal routine of their out-of-hospital routine. Thus, this research aims to develop pedagogical activities in the hospital context and evaluate the opinion of those involved (parents, the students themselves and the hospital health team) in the work performed. The intervention will happen twice a week, with patients of the pediatrics of a Public Health Unit of Bauru, and in partnership with professionals of the place. Each attendance will have a didactic sequence with two or three activities, of different knowledge, that will be developed with beginning, middle and end, counting on a brief pedagogical evaluation that will consider the schooling of the student. The activities will be developed with playful materials, with support of tablets, applications, storytelling, games, artistic and logical practices, and in the infeasibility of writing will be carried out practices with emphasis on orality. Data collection will take place through semi-structured interviews and field journal annotations. It is hoped that this project will contribute to the strengthening of the area, as well as to sensitize the hospital staff to the importance of having a hospital class in the hospital context. In addition, as social relevance, it is considered that interned students can participate in pedagogical activities, where the school contents of the year they are enrolled are taught in a playful way.
