Abstract

Towards the lack of preventive programs aligned with the Brazilian educational model, this project aims to develop activities to compose a Brazilian program aimed at reducing the risks related to alcohol consumption by adolescents, which is being developed in the FAPESP thematic project, from the following specific objectives: 1) to consolidate the theoretical bases of the program; 2) to structure activities that will compose the Brazilian program, in accordance with the scientific technical requirements, the needs of our culture and the public education of the 8th year of elementary education II. The research will be divided into two subsequent stages, the first being an integrative review of the international scientific literature on the theoretical basis of educational programs on alcohol and the realization of a Learning Alliance (part 1) to build the preventive proposal, from the formation of a (students, family members, teachers, principals, pedagogical coordinators and other school officials, specialists and public policy managers). The second stage will be based on action research, which is divided into two types of activities: pedagogical workshops in schools, where the practical actions that will compose the program, and the continuation of the Learning Alliance (part 2), will be created and evaluated for consolidation of the actions that were tested in the workshops. In addition to contributing to the scientific literature in the area, the project will develop a proposal to respond to a gap in Brazilian education related to drug education. (AU)
