Abstract

Tumor cell culture in monolayers has been widely used in research, both the study of cells from cellular processes and the evaluation of the mechanism of action of implant with antitumor potential. The articles of top of the present in tumors in vivo, and also, in generalis is required the tests the clinical tests with therapeutic potential. Three-dimensional (3D) handheld devices are closer to tumors in vivo. The cell-cell interaction and the spatial cellular organization is complex, mimicking the tumor microenvironment. The T-box gene family is that the companies that are purchased are not controlled during development, but are also associated with oncogenesis. TBX2 and TBX3, and have been associated with cell proliferation and senescence control, being overexpressed in many tumors. In this way, they were proposed as targets in the study of new compounds with anticancer potential. This content and useful with the communication and expression of cells of melanoma in the expression of TBX2 and modulated by transfection with ShTBX2. Their structures are characterized as to their morphology, development and migration capacity.
