Abstract This study aims to evaluate the viability and proliferation of Stem Cell from Human Exfoliated Teeth (SHED); mRNA gene expression and protein synthesis of DMP-1, DSPP, VEGF, and FGF2 after photobiomodulation; and SHED differentiation into endothelial cells through VEGF expression. The characterization of the SHED will be performed with hMSC Analysis Kit with flow cytometry. The groups will be divided according to the energy densities. The techniques used for the analysis will be MTT, Crystal Violet, RT-PCR, ELISA, Immunofluorescence, Western Blot, Capillary Sprouting Assay, Tooth Slices/Scaffold, and RGB Assay. The values in triplicate will be analysed by ANOVA followed by Tukey test and Kruskal-Wallis analysis complemented by Dunn's test respecting normal and non-normal distribution, respectively. The level of significance of 5% will be adopted for statistically significant differences. (AU) | |
