Abstract

In this project will be evaluated the influence of different contents of plasticizer derived from lactic acid in formulations of poly (3-hydroxybutyrate)(PHB), on the thermal and mechanical properties after a period of aging for at least 30 days. Formulations and test specimensshall be prepared by extrusion and injection molding, respectively, and characterized by gel permeation chromatography,thermogravimetric analysis, differential scanning calorimetry, mechanics, mechanical tensile strength and impact strength testsIzod.
