The topical anesthetics offer pain relief, anti-inflammatory, and antiviral activity. The aim of this study is the development of polymeric compositions with prilocaine and lidocaine in hydrochloride forms, in an associate or not, for herpes treatment. The composition will be characterized with liberation and permeation profile and the drugs will be performed by HPLC. The rheological analysis will be done as well as bioadhesives properties. Statistics analysis will be done.
