Abstract

Child Development (ID), especially in the first three years of the child, is subject to a number of risks, which may occur in the internal environment (biological factors) and external (environmental factors), so healthy growth depends on the appropriate interaction factors. Currently there is a vision of intersectoral attention, which promotes comprehensive care and monitoring of child development, linking several areas of knowledge, such as health, education and social assistance, making actions more complete and efficient. This study is based on intersectoral work, and its main objective is to analyze the concepts of risk for child development worked by the different professional areas of a multiprofessional team that operates in a small municipality in the state of São Paulo. The study is qualitative having as a methodological reference the Content Analysis. The collection and analysis of data will be structured in a triangulation: semi-structured interview, documentary research in documents used by the team and analysis of transcripts of supervisions carried out with the team along the follow-up of families served. It is hoped that the results of the research can contribute to the understanding of risk that the teams have and to point out possibilities of connecting these understandings in a common language and also with the proposal of guidelines for the construction of a common instrument to the three sectors that can facilitate communication and risk identification, making the service more efficient.
