Abstract

This research project has the objective to evaluate the effect of fragrances on co-culture of epithelial bronchial cells and dendritic cells in order to analyze and characterize the immunological response at different concentrations of fragrance through the quantification of cytokines, aiming to standardize in vitro tests in order to reduce the use of live animals in laboratory tests for fragrance testing.
