Abstract Language is one of the most important processes of human development. In order for the child relates to society, it is essential that language expresses itself by oral/verbal mean properly. When the child does not show an effective communication until the expected period of acquisition, it can be an indication of problems in his development. The earlier this alteration is diagnosed, more effective will be its intervention and consequently the damage will be lower to the total development of the child. The environment and caregivers/educators are fundamental for the stimulation and language development, as well as toy and games. However, many institutions present difficulties on carrying out activities that provide a healthy communicative environment. A widely used proposal for intervention in children who have risk of language impairment is the realization of groups, in which the speech therapist guides and assists the caregiver, assuming the role of mediator between the child and the family and/or the child and the school/daycare. Technologies have been increasing the space occupied in people's lives. Their use during the intervention process facilitates the acquisition of knowledge, provides some creativity, increases the independence of users and allows them to modify the behavior by turning arduous, negative, and difficult tasks into something dynamic, positive and easy. Thinking about this, this paper suggests a proposal for assessment and speech guidance conducted by the mobile application (App) "Tagarelando", developed for this research. For the evaluation of the effectiveness of this program, some tests will be applied previous and after the use of the app. The data will be analyzed statistically. | |
