Abstract The present work aims to develop an optical sensor by the surface plasmon resonance technique (SPR), which will be functionalized with cysteamine (Cys) and creatine phosphatase (Pcrea) biomolecules anchored to gold nanoparticles (AuNPs), seeking an increase in magnitude analytical signal and high specificity for detection of creatine Kinase (CK-MB). All steps will be monitored by displacement of the SPR angle, including steps of surface functionalization, deposition of materials on the substrate, and binder / analyte interaction. Auxiliary techniques will be used to characterize the biosensor, such as fluorescence spectroscopy, UV-vis spectroscopy, dynamic light scattering, microelectrophoresis, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and electrochemical impedance. Based on the work proposal, the project can bring significant advances in the field of optical biosensors and in the detection of cardiac biomarker CK-MB, contributing to studies related to SPR spectroscopy in Brazil. | |
