Abstract

Business Incubators aims to support entrepreneurs so that they can develop innovative ideas and turn them into ventures in which they later achieve their dependence and profitability. In Brazil, according to the ANPROTEC data, there are 369 incubators of companies throughout the national territory, since the relationship between incubated and graduated companies and local development can be reaffirmed from an analysis of these enterprises, which demonstrate their importance in these small businesses for local development, in which the number of jobs generated per enterprise represents a total of 93.6% of incubated companies that generate up to 9 jobs. These structures are related to the innovation debate, which is the basis of the change in the capitalist economy. Brazil has entities that support and support the objectives of incubators such as ANPROTEC (National Association of Entities Promoting Innovative Enterprises) and PNI (National Program of Support of Business Incubators). This project aims to understand the training, the territorial dynamics of knowledge, the interaction/cooperation relations of the technology incubator center of the municipality of São José do Rio Preto, with emphasis on the ICT sector (Information and Communication Technology ).
