Abstract

The main goal of the research project is to analyse the journalistic content, from the historical perspective of the newspaper O Ferreirense, published between 07/06/1925 and 22/12/1934 in the city of Porto Ferreira, in state of São Paulo. The study will map all editions of the period, seeking to identify and problematize the editorial and political profile, such as the links with local society and urban life, the links with current journalism in large capitals and as professionals of a small domestic newspaper in the dialogue with the past and the present of the journalistic news.
