Abstract

The increase in the use of technology causes workers to pass through to use the computer for long periods, both on and off the job. Prolonged uses associated with physical inactivity and a sedentary lifestyle. Sedentary behavior is a risk factor for various health problems. THE change of these habits can be promoted through the use of technologies. Objective: Develop an interactive application to promote change behaviors in computer users. Methods: From a survey The bibliographical study will identify the modifiable risk factors with association with health problems in computer users. Next messages will be created to increase knowledge and promote change. Behavioral characteristics of users. These messages may include recommendations to respect of breaks, adjustments in the work place, physical exercises, hydration, among others. The messages will be personalized, and the user will define an avatar, including personal information and current lifestyle habits. All this information will be implemented in an interactive application developed in Java language and your Java Development Kit (JDK) development kit, both in version 12 Expected results: It is expected to develop an interactive application, based on scientific evidence, which promotes behavioral changes in users of improving their health and quality of life.
