Abstract A new kind of string theory, known as Ambitwistor String, was formulated by Mason and Skinner as a way to derive the CHY formalism. Using an approach more related to standard String Theory, the Chiral String model proposed by Warren Siegel gives an alternative view to the Ambitwistor model, and possible alpha prime corrections. Loop calculations might be simpler to generalize using Siegel's model in comparison to Ambitwistor String, because of the similarity between standard String Theory and the Chiral Strings.Loop amplitudes for Bosonic and other types of strings are planned to be studied in the Chiral String model. | |
