Abstract

This work aims at the study of thermodynamic approaches to describe the production of hadrons in collisions between relativistic heavy ions. In addition to the didactic character of this approach, suitable for students beginning the advanced cycle of a physics course, it has aroused quite the interest of the scientific community because it allows to extract thermodynamic properties of the system formed in these collisions, besides the investigation of the equilibrium state of harder probes such as quarks charm and beauty.
