Abstract

This project proposes itself to a problematization of how it's given the delegitimation of determinates ways of existency and the forms as certain identities and sexual orientation becomes ilegitimated, invisibilized, including, the life of determinates bodies, that are marked as inferiors for being outside the socially stablished pattern. For this general objective, there will be considered the theorical perspectives of Michel Foucault and Judith Butler. With the first one, we will study the concept of "abnormal", focusing more precisely into the homossexual subject, with the second one, the idea of "bodies that are (not) important". The bond between the two theorical beacons constitutes an important tool of the Queer theory in what concernes the way it comprehends the violence’s that are directed to the deviant sexuality bodies. Besides that, this work searches to make a theorical research of the resistence possibilities that these violated bodies possess, also going through the existing interface between Michel Foucault and Judith Butler's Queer theory. Whereas for this second objective, the work will utilizes itself of a conceptual study of what Foucault elaborates as "Power and Resistence", and what Butler points as bodies's "Performativity and Agency".
