Abstract

Eating disorders (AT) are psychiatric diseases with a multifactorial etiology and usually associated with comorbidities that may influence the patient's eating behavior, prognosis and quality of life. The objective of the present study is to relate diagnoses of comorbidities and their possible relationships and influences on the eating behavior of patients with BP. This is a retrospective, descriptive, descriptive and quantitative study. It will be performed in a specialized service in the treatment of TA, through medical records analysis. It will include all the female patients who were treated in the service, from its creation in 1982 until December 2016, and will collect data of the first service of the patient in the service, sociodemographic, clinical nature (diagnostic hypothesis, presence of comorbidities, time of symptoms and treatment) and anthropometric. For data analysis, the data will be organized into a spreadsheet in Microsoft Office Excel 2007® and double-checked. In a second moment, they will be analyzed statistically. This work was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the HC-FMRP (CEP-EERP / USP nº 151/2015, of 10/20/2015).
