Abstract

Clinical simulation has a crucial role in updating and training new protocols. Because of the fast contamination of COVID-19, faculty development of the health professions who are responsible for attending patients with the suspicion of COVID-19. Thus, we created a simulation training to train all health professions who work at the teaching hospital of Unicamp. Although this training is crucial, it is also important to investigate whether this training is efficient in terms of knowledge and skill acquisition as well as the health professionals feel capable with enough autonomy, competence and relatedness.
