Abstract

In this plan, the appointed researcher will conduct the hodological study on the Edinger-Westphal nucleus and Suproculomotor region. The results of our tract-tracingstudies for the EWcp and SOM will provide important insights to understand theirputative functional roles, which will be investigated, as the second part of this project, with loss of function experiments using DREADD inactivation of the EWcp and SOM.
