However, this perspective hides the heterogeneity of modalities of practices emerging from different matrices, arrangements, public and private structures throughout Brazil today. Faced with this problem, the objective of this project is to investigate the narratives and arrangements that emerged at the national level and also to analyze the postures and modus operandi of these technical groups operating in the different São Paulo territories. To this end, a qualitative research approach is adopted, based on the combination of the methods of Fieldwork and Documentary Research. The contribution of this research consists in the identification, critical analysis and dissemination of these new and multiple architectural practices in popular housing, which are being designed with convergent and divergent logics of action in contemporary times.
