Abstract

This Research Project aims to work on the concept of Green Gentrification, analyzing the possibility of its application to contexts other than the one worked by the authors who originally coined the term from experiences in New York, United States. To this end, an illustrative case study was selected to explore the discussion of the concept in the case of São Paulo, focusing on the verification of conflict arenas between projects and social groups based on the proposal to implement a green amenity.
