Abstract

This research is part of a doctoral project in Educational Sciences, ongoing at the University of São Paulo, under the supervision of Prof. José Sérgio Fonseca de Carvalho, and at the University Paris 8, under the supervision of Prof. Leandro de Lajonquiere. This project is being developed at the International Academic Agreement for Doctoral Thesis Cotutela, signed between the University of São Paulo (Brazil) and the Université Paris 8 (Saint-Denis / France). In the Brazilian educational context, deeply marked by a technocratic logic, in which teaching is similar to what would be an educational fabrication, we seek to investigate, from the narrative of a primary education teacher and the contributions of psychoanalytic studies, how the so-called teacher malaise - its complaints, its sicknesses, feelings of devaluation and deauthorization - is related to the emptying of the teacher's place in the educational act, as a subject of desire, as a subject to whom it is possible to speak into a story already in progress, in the name of something founded on tradition and human experience.
