Abstract This Ph.D. dissertation will concentrate on the availability of large data in the form of classic indicators such as scientific indicators and patents and non-traditional metrics (altmetrics) for appraising to private and societal impact of R & I investments. It will also determine the effect of new analytical techniques enabled by big data on the whole cycle of evaluation, including ex ante, monitoring, and ex post. (AU) | |
