Abstract

The research project aims at the application of a new conductive and biodegradable copolymer consisting of PEDOT-co-PLLA modified or not with plasmonic nanoparticles. The application focus of PEDOT-co-PLLA is in tissue engineering, more specifically with nerve or bone cells. In order to improve the processes of cell adhesion and proliferation through stimulation of electric current or electric field and light. (AU)
