Abstract

Among the three species that we chose for our comparative transcriptomics analyses, Scaptotrigona bipunctata is the only one for which genomic information is still lacking so far. Hence, the aim of this project is to sequence, assemble, and analyze the characteristics of the genome of this species. This postdoctoral project is strongly associated with Work Package 3 (WP3) of our Thematic Project.
