Abstract

Within the scope of the Analytical Plan 1 "Center, Centrality, Polycentrality and Mobility" and the Methodological Front "Urban Paths and their Representations", the activities of the Scientific Initiation Scholarship will help in the systematization of information and description of the reports to be prepared through forms of research, and record of urban routes taken with collaborators in each of the research cities. The Methodological Front "Urban Paths and its Representations", has developed the home-work-home pathways by following up with city dwellers, recording them with the aid of an app and/or annotating the speech along the paths, and producing photos when possible. These materials are organized in a form so that, from there, a map of the routes can be created with the records in small texts present in the map layout. This step by step, considering that there are four profiles per city, generates a considerable demand that can be helped by the scholarship holder, in addition to contributing to their training in scientific initiation. In this way, the organization and systematization of information is a guideline in order to accelerate the pace of work for the preparation of the cartography to be analyzed through the production of scientific texts to be published.
