Introduction: The International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire - Bladder Diary (ICIQ-BD) is a bladder diary used in the evaluation of patients of both sexes with lower urinary tract symptoms. Objective: Translate, cross-culturally adapt and validate the ICIQ-BD into Portuguese/Brazil. Methods: Measurement property study, which will include women who lost urine in the last 3 months. Recruitment of participants will be carried out through advertisements on social media. Participants will answer in person an anamnesis and the following standards validated for Brazilian Portuguese: International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire-Urinary Incontinence Short Form (ICIQ-UI SF), Questionnaire for Urinary Incontinence Diagnosis (QUID), Incontinence Severity Index (ISI), Overactive Bladder Questionnaire (OAB-v8), Global Effect Perception Scale and will be instructed to fill in the bladder diary in Portuguese for three consecutive days. 10 to 15 days after answering the tests, they will answer the ICIQ-BD again and will carry out the evaluation of the pelvic floor musculature - if they know how to perform the PFM contraction (graduation above 1 in the Modified Oxford Scale), they will participate in training sessions. PFM training. After translation and back-translation, the measurement properties of the ICIQ-BD will be evaluated: content validity, internal consistency, test-retest reliability, construct validity, substantiation validation, responsiveness and ceiling-to-floor effect - with STATA software. Data analysis: Descriptive statistical analysis of the variables will be performed using frequency, mean and standard deviation.
