Abstract

In this research project two common transaction versioning schemes, undo and redo logs, will be evaluated with modern persistent memory devices. Previous works were performed using simulation tools and therefore this work has a good novelty level for a scientific initiation work. We also aim to propose hybrid approaches to versioning that could adapt according to different workloads.
