Abstract

This research is linked to the project "Collaboration University School in the construction of more inclusive policies, practices and cultures"- approved by FAPESP (2019/05068-9). General Objective: To analyze the impact of the project on the four participating public schools, which received direct consultancy from the project research team, in the construction of more inclusive pedagogical political projects. Specific Objective 1: Identify and compare the changes (before and after) generated by consulting in the construction of more inclusive policies, practices and cultures in the pedagogical political projects of the four participating schools and their impact on each context. Specific Objective 2: Identify and compare the changes in pedagogical political projects regarding the construction of more inclusive policies, practices and cultures in the other 71 schools in the municipality, not participants in the consultancy, but who received indirect formations during the project and committed themselves in assimilating such issues in their pedagogical political projects. Methodology: Analysis of the pedagogical political projects of the four schools, before and after the consultancy, and interview with their directors to verify that they were incorporated and how the dimensions related to policies, cultures and inclusive practices in the construction of a political project most inclusive pedagogical. For the 71 schools, analyze the pedagogical political project before and after the indirect training and the same interview, with the same objective, will be carried out with directors of four schools, selected by lot. Data analysis is given through documentary, qualitative thematic and descriptive analysis.
