Abstract

Genomic analysis for identification of probiotics/bacteriocins. Analysis of resistomes, virulomes, and phylogenomics of critical-priority antimicrobial-resistant pathogens circulating in the food chain (livestock, dairy cattle, meat), in Brazil. Conceptualization, methodology, investigation and strategies for project development. Obtaining big data and incorporation/update of genomic and microbiological data into the OneBR platform (http://www.onehealthbr.com/). Application of probiotic/bacteriocin research for decolonization of host colonized by virulent and/or antimicrobial-resistant pathogens. In vivo models for testing probiotics/bacteriocins. DNA extractions, sequencing and library preparations. Analysis of data. Writing, review and editing of manuscripts, reports and patents.
