Abstract

The project is an analysis of Sebastião Salgado's "Perfume de sonho - uma viagem ao mundo do café". It consists of an aesthetic study about the interference of color, light, contrast and tones on his photography. Carried out through the collection of bibliographic data and image analysis, its purpose is to understand and to discuss Salgado's photographic look. It also aims to prove the existence of the Noir aesthetic on the photographer's productions.
