Abstract

This scientific initiation grant aims to map research and innovation centers in digital information and communication technologies. This mapping will be done through visits, interviews, and participation in scientific events that allow the identification of public and private research centers, companies, and private initiatives that work in technological creation and innovation. A survey will also be conducted on the laws and regulations on the use of and access to communication and information technologies. The goal is to learn about new initiatives and prospect their uses for the work arrangements of communicators. This research movement is expected to bring creators and users closer together, as well as identify and map centers of excellence in the area in Brazil.
