Abstract

The Observatory of Educational Policies of Greater ABC, foreseen in the Regional Education Plan (PRE 2016 - 2026), held its first year of activity in 2024. During this period, it developed a process of articulation and organization with education professionals, managers, researchers and representatives of public authorities, social movements and partner entities that work in the educational field and local articulation, to carry out a comparative analysis between the National, Regional and Municipal Education Plans in order to understand the advances and challenges to the implementation of these in the educational realities of the seven cities that make up the ABC Paulista (Santo André, São Bernardo do Campo, São Caetano do Sul, Diadema, Mauá, Ribeirão Pires and Rio Grande da Serra). Understanding that the implementation of Public Education Policies, as well as their monitoring, is of broad interest to the entire society, this proposal presents strategies that should contribute to the construction of a constant communication and dissemination campaign of the actions and results obtained from the work of the Observatory of Educational Policies of Greater ABC, in ethical and methodological commitment to what is proposed in scientific journalism, thus contributing to the scientific dissemination of the actions and results obtained by the project.
