Abstract

This project aims to study the jurisprudence of the Court of Justice of the State ofSão Paulo (TJSP) on removal processes, which include evictions and repossessions. Based on data on first instance trials collected in public databases, an exploratory analysis of sentence metrics to identify spatial groupings related toperformance of the São Paulo Judiciary. This cartographic reading allows us to test hypotheses about spatial patterns in judicialized removal conflicts.
