Abstract

Communicating the work of the National Center for Research in Energy and Materials (CNPEM), one of the largest research centers in Brazil, is essential for the appreciation of national science. Therefore, this project is dedicated to communicating strategic themes that value the impact and operation of the IMBUIA beamline, part of the fourth-generation electron accelerator Sirius, hosted at the National Synchrotron Light Laboratory (LNLS), of CNPEM. Through the production of three videos, consisting of interviews with researchers and users of IMBUIA, the infrastructure of the laboratories, procedures, techniques and examples of research carried out, the concepts and techniques involved in the research of the beamline, sample preparation, and their impacts and applications will be explored. The videos will be distributed based on specialized mailings to benefit the community of users of the scientific facilities of IMBUIA.
