Abstract

The Postdoctoral Fellow 2 in this project will coordinate and carry out the methodology, data collection, and evaluation of interventions aimed at improving the implementation of curriculum policies in collaboration with teachers. Accordingly, they will be responsible for: conducting a literature review on innovative strategies for curriculum policy implementation and on the co-production of education policies; coordinating collaboration with school communities and education networks; organizing co-creation activities for interventions; coordinating and executing the interventions; and systematizing and evaluating their outcomes. Finally, the fellow will be responsible for writing academic articles on strategies for teacher engagement in curriculum policy implementation and is expected to participate in relevant academic conferences.
