Abstract

"The project will conduct a 'scoping review' on dejudicialization, exploring the technologies applied to public law and analyzing the experiences of other government agencies in this context. The goal is to provide a solid theoretical foundation to understand the trends, challenges, and opportunities associated with dejudicialization and the integration of technologies within the legal-administrative sphere."
