Abstract

The objective of this project is the study of control problems for Lur'e dynamical systems, i.e., linear systems affected by a nonlinearfeedback satisfying a sector or slope constraint. As methodology for stability analysis, Lyapunov functions and conditions expressed in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) are used. In particular, the aim is to establish data-driven results for stability and performance analysis, and synthesis of controllers. Computational tools available in Matlab are used to program and solve the LMIs, together with parsers and solvers of public domain. (AU)
