Abstract This project will focus on the preparation of electrodes using conductive inks made from pyrolytic carbon materials, using different deposition methods depending on the composition of the formulations. Volatile, low-viscosity, and more dilute solvent-based paints will be deposited by spray coating, and non-volatile, more viscous, and more concentrated paints will be deposited by drop casting. Rigid and flexible substrates will be tested to compare electrical properties depending on the substrate type. All electrodes will be deposited and dried under controlled conditions, and their electrical resistances will be measured. The electrodes that demonstrate the best electrical resistance values ¿¿will be characterized by atomic force microscopy (AFM) to assess homogeneity, thickness, and roughness, and will be used in applications related to green electronics. | |
